My Bedlam bow ties are all handmade, which means there may be slight variations from bow to bow. Colors may also appear differently on different devices.

Double Bow headbands are 2 small or X-Small bows attached to an elastic band which works for most dogs. If you have a tiny or mini pup please message me so we can determine the right size for your pup.

Tiny and Mini Hair Clips are a set of 2 Mini or Tiny bows attached to alligator clips, perfect for long haired pets (and humans too).

All bow ties attach to pet collars with 2 elastic straps and will fit a 1" collar and Large fits up to 2" collar.

Small Bow ties are made to fit 3/4" collar

All bandanas are made with pre-shrunk, 100% cotton. This means all fabric has been washed and dried prior to cutting to avoid major shrinkage. Since the material is 100% cotton there can continue to be minor shrinkage over time.

Wash with like colors in cold or warm water, or by hand if you prefer.
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. You can press with a warm iron to give your bandana that crisp look, just be careful not to iron over the snaps as they can melt with direct heat.

Bows can be washed with like, reshape after washed and air dry.

Once a product is shipped, you can expect your package within 3-9 business days for domestic shipping, depending on where you live. Packages are shipped from CA. Please refer to tracking sent to you via email, and reach out to the customer service teams of your respective shipping method if delays occur. We cannot control the nature by which our shipping services provide if delays or unexpected means occur.

Once the package is shipped out, we are rely on the postal services to deliver your order, Stella Loo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Stella Loo is also not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Stella Loo, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.
